Maggie Peters, 4th/5th

I am so excited to be a part of the REACH program. This will be my 6th year as an elementary school teacher and I'm enjoy teaching in a multiage class. I have found that I truly love teaching the upper graders because they are at a fantastic stage of their lives. Plus, I enjoy trying to make learning an interesting and personally rewarding experience for them, while at the same time, trying to have fun with what we are doing.

As for me, I grew up in Southern California and after taking some courses at the local junior college, I transferred to Sonoma State to get my BA and Credential. I later married my very supportive husband, Chris and we now enjoy spending time with our 5 year old son and 4 month old little boy.
